Purpose of the IAAB GLA
The purpose of the IAAB's Global Recognition Arrangement (GLA) is to ensure
- Provide confidence to statutory & regulatory departments & Governments organization Globally
- Provide independent & impartial GLA assessment program to Accreditation bodies
- Globally recognition of Management, Personal, Inspection, Testing / Calibration, products, verification & validation certification bodies which are accredited by signatories to the GLA
- Globally recognition of certified organization & Personal among signatories to the GLA
- Provide confidence among manufactures & supplier and services providers globally markets
- Provide End-user confidence for use of certified products & Services globally
